Dr. Ewa Odoj

Head of the Critical Thinking Research Lab (CTRL) and Assistant Professor at the Institute of Philosophy at the Jesuit University Ignatianum in Cracow. Previously affiliated with the Department of the Theory of Knowledge at the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL). Her academic interests center on analytic epistemology, the ethics of belief, philosophy of mind, and cognitive psychology, with a particular focus on how mental content is formed. She also conducts research in the epistemology of religious belief. Passionate about engaging others in philosophical dialogue – especially young people – she leads the project Food For Thought: Philosophy Workshops.

Dr. Jakub Pruś

Deputy Head of the Critical Thinking Research Lab (CTRL) and Assistant Professor at the Institute of Philosophy at the Ignatianum University in Cracow. His primary research interests lie in argumentation theory, both formal and informal logic, and rhetoric. He serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Forum Philosophicum. Associated with the Warsaw University of Technology, he has also lectured internationally, including in Lebanon, Ireland, and Croatia. He runs a popular science YouTube channel, @logikacodzienna, dedicated to promoting logical culture and critical thinking. His research is published in leading journals such as Springer ArgumentationInformal Logic, and Top.

Prof. Jarosław Kucharski

Associate Professor, works at the Institute of Philosophy at Ignatianum University in Cracow, where he serves as Deputy Director of the Institute of Philosophy for Student Affairs. He also holds a lectureship at the University of Applied Sciences in Nowy Targ. His academic specialisation lies in practical ethics, with particular emphasis on the ethics of leadership and management. In addition to his teaching and academic roles, he is a soft‑skills trainer and coach, recognised for his expertise in leadership development, negotiation, and innovation. He is the author of the monographs Justified Lies… (2014) and Ethics of Leadership (2021), as well as numerous peer-reviewed articles.

Prof. Piotr Duchliński

Associate Professor at the Institute of Philosophy, Ignatianum University in Cracow. Head of the Department of General and Applied Ethics at UIK, Deputy Director of the Doctoral School, and member of the University Research Ethics Committee. Lecturer at the Pontifical University of John Paul II and WSB University. Author of numerous academic publications. His research interests include Christian ethics, neuroethics, the methodology of the humanities, and the ethics of coaching. He also investigates issues related to belief systems, cognitive distortions, and the practical applications of psychology. A certified coach and graduate of the Institute of Psychoeducation and Integral Development in Cracow. Soft skills trainer specialising in communication. Advisor on accessibility for individuals with special needs. He has collaborated on accessibility-related initiatives with organisations such as PwC Poland, the Polish Institute of Development, and the Academy of Music in Cracow.
